5 weeks ago I ordered product from them. It never came and they did not provide any proof of it being shipped. This past monday they said they would refund my CC for the purchase, still nothing. Now I am incurring interest charges on my card from this purchase.

Comunication with them is negligeble at best. Very very slow to respond to emails. It seems that they don't seem to care about customers with a single product order, even though the product cost me over $100. Be very wary of dealing with them.
