No need to call you, you have no warranty claim with us and this case has been closed.

Enjoy!!

The 3yr/300 cycle warranty can only be purchased on packs bought from MaxAmps.com or any LHS that is selling our packs.

Makes sense, thanks for the info.

Jason
I'm sure there won't be an issue, I was curious as the topic of where to go came up. So far I have had really good luck with Hyperion products. I think there made in Korea? We deal with some Korean suppliers at work and for the most part they take pride in their products.

I sold my Triton EQ (which is a fantastic charger as well ) to get the 20 amp Hyperion, it's unbelievable. They have set a new standard...

Just for the heck of it I ran the supposed sellers name in our system using several different spellings as well and we show nothing. I even ran just the last name and came up with three hit's on the last name. But none of them has ever purchased the said charger from us. He warned about being scammed and in the end got busted trying his own scam. Hope he learned a lesson.

if you buy used anywhere they take it back ANYWHERE they want to keep a customer not loose 1.........

First of all you are not a customer as you did not buy from them

Show me where anywhere is? Buy a used TV and try to take it back to Best Buy - not gonna happen what they might do is offer you a discount on a new one just to try and earn a customer...

Which is exactly what we did. We offered him a one time 20% off discount. Oh well probably best we didn't get involved with him any further.

well, for the original topic, make sure you credit card company will let you do a charge back. Not too long ago I got a message from bank of america who said they will not do charge backs if the seller is more than 200 miles away or something like that. Sounds like something directed towards our dealings in a way here. So make sure and confirm with your credit card company.
