Ok Here is the deal

i traded A Magnum Jr Radio With a hitech 422 Servo Plus a TRX 2018 Servo with a sepparate Gear set plus 2 >21 engines for a PC 400MHZ with a DVD rom and A CDRW and 128 of memory plus a USB Card and 8Traxxas arms and a Picco 15 Engine and the PC was to Have Windows XP Pro installed on it

Now the deal went South i Am Afraid as MY stuff that was sent to Him was received ....His Stuff did not arrive till a week and a Half later After which i found that He was Offering my Stuff up for other trades Without HIM even Completeing the Agreement With Me on the Stuff that We Agreed to trade

After a Week Of seeing him Post on other forums The Stuff that I had already Sent Him i Asked him Not to trade that Stuff Out until OUR AGREEMENT was FINALIZED and Completed

However I Have Now Seen 3posts Of which he is still trying to TRADE MY STUFF OUT and YET ....When We Had agreed to TRADE he stated to me that he GUARANTEED HIS STUFF and also Agreed to PACK everything up in Static Proof PC BAGS.....When I received the Package the Parts were DUMPED into a Box And the PICCO MOTOR DUMPED on top of It

He also Stated that The machine Was LAST USED AROUND 2WEEKS PRIOR TO HIM SHIPPING IT TO ME ....Well the CMOS SETTINGS were Screwwed up and Registered a TIME STAMP Of 10-03-96......And after i opened the box I took a Pic Of the Contents and the HARD DRIVES are EMPTY As In Now WIN XP PRO WAS even Installed ...the CMOS Battery Was Shorted out from the After Run OIL that was in the PICCO had Poured out all over the mother board

Now I have been able to Carefully Clean the Mother board and Check it out as Of now It Runs Pretty good But I Have yet to receive my TMAXX ARMS and XP PRO Operating System .....And I Have a Pic Of what The box Looked Like When I Opened it up and there was ABSOLUTLY NO PACKING MATERIAL USED
