I was in a bind, it was Thursday morning and I needed a 17.5 motor to race Sunday. LT280z communicated shipping and price with me and then took time from his lunch break to make sure the motor got shipped in time. LT280z even ate part of the shipping cost when the amount came in a little higher than negotiated.
