I Sent you a Postal MO on 8-30-08 for the charger you hve F/S after you told me on the phone on 9-9-08 that someone was stilling you're mail I conctated my local Postal Inspector then then conctated you're local Postal Inspector in Eugene Or and they have no roports of that made by you .They told me what auction I can Take . So I conctated you're local Police Office and talked to a dective and If I don't have My charger by 9-16 -8 I'am going to file THEFT BY DECEPTION CHARGES ON YOU THEN I'AM GOING THUR MY LOCAL PO AND FILING FRAUD CHARGES ON YOU THEN I'AM GOING TO GET YOU FOR INTERNET FRAUD CHARGES ON YOU YOU KNOW YOU HAVE ALREADY GOT MY MO SO WHY NOT JUST SEND ME MY NEW VENOM CHARGER AND POWER SUPPLY AND QUIT PLAYING GAMES WITH PEOPLES MONEY .

Call the number on your money order reciept and see if it was cashed. they will be able to tell you when, where and who it was signed by. If it was cashed by him or even close to his location THEN the cops will do something. Until then, its really simply considered lost mail if he's saying he didnt get it. If he infact didnt get it and cash it, then you can cancel it and get your money back.

Just FYI A USPS Postal Money Order is good forever !

I paid some one by a USPS Postal Money Order I never received what I bought from the guy. After 3 or 4 months I got my money back (500 Bucks) from the USPS since the MO was never cashed. Almost a year after I sent the guy the money order the lil turd cashed the Money Order and guess who had to give the USPS 500 bucks ?

I will NEVER EVER PAY SOME ONE BY MONEY ORDER AGAIN !

That's why I only deal through PayPal. I also have had too many problems with MO's.

Money orders are the safest and more secure way to do a transaction. Paypal sucks. A us postal money order is a federal issued check, which means if they screw you, its a federal offense and is something they wont take lightly. Also when sending a money order, you use the post office which is another federal program so on top of it being a federal money order, its sent threw federal mail, which they will get nailed for.
Paypal sucks because a person can send a person a sum of money, and the person can take it out instantly. Then when they dont get there item, paypal will go after them and if there account is empty, your screwed..

You want to protect yourself 110%, send a money order (KEEP THE RECEIPT!)and get a signature confirmation. There is NO more secure way to send a payment. They try to screw you over, there gonna get some jail time.



Like I said above call the number and see if it was cashed. If it was, then call his local PD. If it wasnt, talk to a rep and tell them you want it canceled and they will get a check out to you for the amount.

A money order is good for one year. After that it becomes void.

Did you call and see if your money order was cashed??

He told me last week he was sending it back to me and you can't call to check a Postal MO you have to fill out papers

not true you can call the po and tell them the number on the stub and they will check to see if it has been cashed i have done that before

yeah call in those numbers and it will tell you if it was cashed and when.. If it was then go from there!

My reply was to the OP he said he sent a USPS Money Order

On USPS's site concerning USPS Postal Money Orders.....Valid for an unlimited period .
