Bought an engine approximately a month ago from him and haven't received it. He claimed he got into an accident, and couldn't ship it immediately. He did say he shipped it on the 1st, but still nothing. Now he isn't responding to my private messages. Nice.

Did you buy it through paypal?Do you have his personal info:name,adress,phone# ? Sorry,I don't know this guy but I am currently going through a similar problem with a member here.Make sure you have all paperwork and emails and anything pertaining to this transaction.Also,since he claimed it was shipped on the 1st,he should be able to give you a tracking number.If not,it's time to take all of your info to your local authorities......Wow!Since I started this post,my local P.D. just called me to inform me that they just spoke to the guy who scammed me! I think that got his attention! Hopefully,for your sake you have all the necessary info to pursue this legally.Good luck.
