You get a unpaid buyer strike at worst. If you don't respond, No strike.

I'm going to open a new ebay account now.

Default charge backs through Paypal -

keep your paypal account empty that way there are no funds for paypal to use - I won a $7 dispute once the cat had 0 in pp so i got nothing.

and yes ebay needs to go out of business they have ruined what was once a great thing.

YOU need to pay closer attention, chief.

I CLEARLY stipulated to you that I MOVED the thread in the appropriate section. Of course, if you actually READ the rules we have set in place, maybe admins and mods wouldn't have to go cleaning up after you? Just a thought.

I am glad I don't read their magazine, because then I'd really be offended.

rcwaffle hasn't answered my email to mutually withdraw from completing transaction on my auction and also has not made an attempt to pay for it. I guess he is letting this one go... Maybe he's feeling the heat?

My thought,is this guy has ripped people off left and right, and in fact I have been emailed by more people from your site than any others. I re posted it liked you asked without any of his personal information. I have corrected it on this site and every other site to make sure that his address and phone number are not listed.

His name is easily obtainable by anyone on any of these forums, all it takes is a little common sense. I am trying to let people who no who this scumbag is. The FBI and postal service have a long list on this guy and he keeps taking advantage of people.

Sometime people do not have a way or know where to turn to find help or to know that something is being done about it. These forums are not always about selling parts, Revelation raceway and which chick with big boobs can we get on the center spread this month.

Perhaps I am watching out for the hobbyist that can't or don't know how, the people that buy your magazine and buy the parts from your advertisers. How many times will someone take getting ripped off, before they turn the last page and throw it in the garbage for good.

With gas over 4.00 a gallon, nitro over 40.00 a gallon, parts going through the rough. It is getting harder and harder for people to be able to afford this hobby. Maybe you need to look at the big picture, and help protect the people that keep this hobby going.

Lovely diatribe. Unfortunately, it is not my concern to take upon a vendetta such as you are, and breaking forum rules to do so. I told you clearly enough, to simply follow the rules with what you are trying to accomplish, but you seem a little too thick-headed to comprehend.

BTW, it is not MY magazine. NOR is it any of the admins or mods.

Smear whomever's name you wish to do so. Just don't go throwing everyone under the bus that doesn't decide to ride your coat tails in doing so.

You have your opinion and I have mine, I am not doing this as a Vandettea, Seeing someone brought to justice that has stolen hundreds of my hard earned money form me and alot of other people is hardly a Vendetta.

I have a big f***in' problem, when someone is starting in this hobby, and used there allowance or minimum waged earnings to buy themselves a vehicle. Grow into the hobby and when it's time to upgrade, sell there stuff on EBAY and get screwed by this guy. Not only do they not have that vehicle, they didn't get the money they were supposed to and can no longer by what they wanted to if they didn't get screwed and are out of the hobby.

Maybe your moneybags are heavy enough you don't care or you have blinders on to see the point.
