Problem with Jspecrcr

Does anyone know Jspec? Deal went south, and I've been waiting 3 months to get my cash back. I traded a car and $180 money order for this roller and was told it was shipped, then lost. He sent back the car I had promptly shipped. No return of my cash payment. I've sent multiple emails to him, and rarely get a reply. He lives in the Walnut CA area, Robert Joaq... so someone may have raced with him. In February the roller showed back up for sale on RCUniverse,

I got BS'd that it wasn't the same car. If someone knows him, shoot me a PM. I'd would like to settle this, without calling his local authorities. I've attached pics that he posted here for the original sale.
