I now officially consider myself scammed, and that this guy is a scammer.
Rick Santos aka neon05, [email protected], [email protected] ripped me off.
On august 2 I sent him $90 in payment for a CRC3.2 which he said he would shipt to me THE FOLLOWING DAY and also said he'd ship it 2-3 day.
12 days later I had not recieved anything so I sent him an email. he replied saying sorry, "things had happened" bs. and that he'd ship it out and have a tracking number to me by that thursday.
Well of course, no tracking number, no email, no package and no response from him after NUMEROUS emails.
I have officially filed a claim with paypal.

what really kills me is that this kid lives in a huge house out near the Hamptons in NY-most likely with his parents, and he's ripping me off for a stupid $90.00. For a working man with a limited RC budget that's 2 race days or a good amount of parts.

LOL, I just posted in a different thread for the same thing. Im sincerely sorry that you got ripped off and thats not why Im laughing. I guess I just dont know what else to do. As for your situation, YOU can call HIS local PD as he has just stolen your money. They will go knock on his door and make him make good on his sale or go to jail. Plz dont wait for Paypal. Call his local pd before they tell you its been to long and you cant do anything. He has out and out stolen money from you and will get that frightful knock on the door by the man in blue. Looks like I got scammed also ! I am out $130 for a speed and motor.
His paypal email was [email protected]
Unfortunetaly he has scammed the wrong person. I have already initiated corrective measures against this person !
