Feedback on Trader Ratings
Hi all,
I am looking for feedback on the Trader Rating system. Meaning, is it good, bad, how can we improve it, and so on. I can't promise anything but if there are issues we are able to address, I would like to do so.
Thanks!

Yea... unfortunately there really wasn't a way to carry this over. It will be a pain at first, but I think that in a few months people will have forgotten all about it.

I agree. Everyone is starting off at the same point. I just wanted to mention users should still check the original "trader feedback" on any particular seller for potential bad feedback before making a purchase with someone. At least for a little while, then the new system will eventually be more accurate.

I have a suggestion for all rctech members.
1. Make an agreement section. Have the Seller make an agreement with the buyer. The buyer then agrees to the agreement made by the seller.
2. When the transaction is completed the Moderator can close the agreement.
3. Everyone starts out with 100%. For every Negative transaction, or someone that flakes, the Seller gets to note that in the agreement, and negative feedback will be left upon the buyer, hence lowering their feedback score.
4. After 5 negative feedbacks, the Buyer or Seller will be suspended from the Buy/Sell/Trade Board for however time deemed by the Moderator.
This is just my 2cents... I don't know if this will work or fly with everyone here.. but at least both Buyers and Sellers, get to search for members feedback before dealing with him/her.

Is there some sort of limit to how many feedbacks per day you can leave I've left no more than 3 and now it tells me I can't leave anymore as I have left too much feedback. If this is true seems the system is flawed. If I do 10 deals I have to space the feedback over 3-4 days

my purchase
I am not sure if I'm doing this right but here goes. I recently purchased A battery charger, 2 battery dis Chargers from Mr. Weisskopf. Everything was great. The comunication, shipping and the product it"s self just as described. Evrything works well and was packaged well for shipping. One could only hope for a transaction like this. Thanks Ron I hope you and yours has a very Happy New Year. C.J.
