You are right it seemed weird to me as well. However considering the fact he had already been banned at the point that was decided and it was kind of a last ditch effort to sell the motor. That was my interpretation anyhow. There is no way I would buy a used nitro engine off the internet without inspection FIRST. I realize most people would not agree to this stipulation and I am fine with that.
