Yes I agree with contacting the PoPo for internet fraud. Works rather well. Do you have proof of your payment? Money Order Stub/ Receipt?

Actually, if you have his address and phone number, you can contact HIS local police department and ask if they have a division that investigates internet fraud. If you have copies of emails between you two, and a copy or number of the money order you can usually file a complaint. Sometimes, if you speak nicely enough to the police, they will go and visit the perpetrator and that usually resolves everything. Also, I understand that if you use the US postal service to deliver the money order, the whole thing fall under the jusidiction of a federal crime of internet fraud.
Awesome. Go get him triumph. This is some hell nah. Guys like this should get a Brooklyn beat down.

NOT TRYING TO DRAW UP CONTROVERSY OR ANYTHING, BUT THAT'S STRANGE ....BEFORE WE CALL THE DAWGS OUT ON HIM, I MUST MENTION THAT I JUST PURCHASED SOME STUFF FROM JACK JUST A FEW WEEKS AGO($300.00 BUCKS WORTH), AND SENT HIM THE MONEY THROUGH PAYPAL, AND HE SHIPPED IT AS PLANNED.

HE SENT PICS,A LIST OF EVERYTHING I WAS BUYING,ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS,AND GAVE ME THE TRACKING NUMBER WHEN IT SHIPPED TOO. EVERYTHING SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AS PLANNED- PACKED EXTREMELY NEAT AND WELL PROTECTED. AFTER I GOT IT, HE EVEN ANSWERED AN E-MAIL BACK I HAD ON A QUESTION ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, AND KEPT THE DOOR OPEN IF I HAD ANY MORE CONCERNS.HE WAS AS PROFESSIONAL AS IT GETS I MUST ADD TOO.
I NEVER EVEN TALKED TO HIM. ALL CORRESPONDENCE WERE THROUGH E-MAIL(PROBABLY NAIVE ON MY PART, AS IT WAS MY FIRST "CLASSIFIEDS" ONLINE BUY NOT FROM A STORE).

MAYBE I LUCKED OUT,BUT SOUNDS LIKE A BIT OF A MIX-UP (HOPEFULLY).
IF NOT, I HOPE YOU GET THE PRODUCT/CASH BACK.

You guys all ROCK!! He sent me Pics of the car also, but I still got no product! If he is legit, why is he not here defending himself on this forum where he advertised it??? Ive got all the emails copied, and that proves to be fraud. He stated that he got the money order, and was going to send me the tracking # for the car. Well JACK CLOUSE< If you are legit and you want to clear your name, put the tracking number on this forum so that all these good people can see it!! I understand its not a ton of money, but its the whole point of some moran ripping people off. Thanks again to all of you felloe RCers for the support and suggestions, Im working on alot of the suggestions as we speak!!

What happens if for some strange reason he is in the Military and got called up and in getting ready he just forgot? Could happen. But I still say go after him and keep calling... Call in the middle of the night if you have too. Send him a e-mail and turn on the option of getting a return receipt when he opens it or just deletes it. That did wonders for me at work... Sent a guy a e-mail and a week later got my ass chewed out about something not getting done by this guy when he said that he didn't know... It was sweet when I printed the e-mail saying when he read it.

triumph - I moved this to the Trader Feedback forum for you, untill I realized you had already posted a thread here.

The other thread is availible here: http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthre...threadid=14811

I'm sorry to hear about your deal. I really hope you can find out what happened, and have the problem corrected.
