paypal'd the money in January to them include air shipping for some 12L stuff. still haven't received the parts nor will they even return an email until last night finally got one saying "will check to see if parts shipped" this is 7 weeks after I paid them.

I wish they would do that.......I have a couple of friends that would kill for paypal to do something other than email them with useless garbage.

PayPal did nothing for me when I was defrauded out of US$50. They did their investigation and when PayPal found that I had been scammed they did nothing to refund my lost money or even refund their fees. You can't phone them as they don't publish their numbers.
Maybe things are better now that eBay has bought the company. Let's hope anyway.
