I see a locked/deleted thread in the making.

I understand your anger Corky, I've been ripped off too. But getting this thread locked/deleted only helps Anthony Ballard.

Default Scammers

Those that ship without a tracking number or a signature confirmation are leaving themselves open to scammers. I was burned by someone in France that I sent a Thunder Tiger Nitro bike to. They claim they never received it and i have information from the postal service that is was delivered. Paypal stated that the information was not per their standards or the credit card issuer. (tracking + delivery signature) So my word is this, BEWARE and send everything INSURED and with a signature being required upon receipt. If the buyer does not want insurance then find another buyer.

Anthony acknowleged that he got it, he used a fraudulent card and paypal took the money back, leaving Corkys paypal -600.00 bones and Anthony playing with a brand new RRR.

Just a shame that the moderators have the time to edit one person's post about a threat, yet I don't see any action taken by the administration here again Anthony.

Best of luck to those who got ripped.

It's against the law to make threats over the Internet, You can get into big time trouble over this..It's no BS, The sad thing about this is if you get riped off by someone and you make threats that your going to physically harm them they can have you in more trouble over that than what you can have them for fraud/theft..Best thing to do is get the police in on it and try to warn others about this person. Their is not much that the moderators can do, Other than ban that persons name thats being used..
