A search of the correct spelling of the User Name would have brought this thread up. Nonetheless, 99% of the people actually getting scammed on this site are doing so by not following common-sense protocols. If a seller balks at using PayPal goods and services... walk away.

None of that changes the fact the user in question should be properly identified.
