I think this was an honest question on why some ones negative feedback was removed. I have seen before where if you feel you have received negative feedback unfairly or as retaliation you could contact a moderator and they would review it. If the moderator agreed with you they would change it to neutral feedback but not remove it. By removing feedback left by members for members it undermines the purpose of have feed back. By allowing select members to have there feedback cleaned up to a 100% positive takes all value out of having a feedback.
