People asking for F&F payments should be reported.

Those asking for F&F should know better, same story every time, wife, post office, working 25hr days! If they cared and saw the benefits of conducting the transaction as a "pay for item"... there are other sellers that will want your buisness, selling what you are looking for at a reasonable price.

not on here, but i was asked to pay once as "gift" i think is the same as friends and family. i told them i would cover the 4% fee instead to protect myself as the buyer.

paypal fee is 2.9 percent plus 30cent fee per transaction. If it’s international it depends on the country I think international fee is around 4-4.4percent. But yes don’t fall for friends and family. And if you offer to cover the fee then they say no then you know you got a scammer.
