I don't know where he got the burn part, or my house getting on fire, but I don't wish that on anyone even on him. My coworker lost everything on the Woolsey fire here in CA. Its devasting to lose everything you work for.

you filed a claim with PayPal thats about it can be done , all for sale deals are at your loan risk ,

I think its clear its time to file the PayPal claim and leave the feed back other wise were just

When it comes to the transaction itself yes, there is nothing we can do about that. But I don't have any hesitation in hitting troublesome sellers with the ol' ban hammer.
