At what point do you guys dispute a transaction??
At what point do you guys dispute a transaction? I bought an item more than 2 weeks now, but the seller still hasn't given me a tracking number, seller claimed it was shipped, but when ask for the tracking number, seller said it's in his truck and will send it the next day. One day after still no tracking number. So the following day I ask for it, the seller said he will send it one hour from the time a asked for it since seller was at work. 2 hour past still not communicating. I've been really patient but this is outrageous.

If you paid him two weeks ago and it still has not arrived I would guess that its not shipped or it would be there by now. If you had the tracking number and could see it was held up some where a guy could understand. With no tracking number provided I world do the PayPal claim now.

I work 16 hour days, 7 days a week, and I am still able to make it to the post office, and send out stuff....
Well sorry you had to deal with such a DB on RCtech, he in no way represents the majority here. Just remember in the Future no more Text only to better cover yourself and the mods will have an easier time of sorting through the issues.
Claim away, and I would also let PP know of his conduct towards you.
Nearest Post office is 7 minutes away to his work, lol... what a prick...
