Wow got a response that quick made PayPal claim and now he responded go figure. He was on here two different times and never responded to either message but now he's calling me names. Haha. Some people.

It's kind of crazy for you to ask for a full refund upfront, and only then, you will return the car. That's not how it works.

Even PayPal would make you return the car before getting your money back.

If you aren't happy, you should get a refund. It's a shame that more photos weren't posted. The seller should have been more thorough, and you should have asked for more pics if you are a picky buyer (and there is nothing wrong with that).

The seller deleted the entire ad, so there not much of a paper trail now.

So let me get this straight

You made a paypal claim even though it wasn’t a total seller fault

Plus you want money first on a return?

Now you are making a post about it basically to drag him through more crap?

If I was him and you made a claim against me I probably would have delayed payment as well since that’s not the rules.

Look I offer to eat both his and my return shipping fees. And who is to say if he was not up front the first time. That he will send me any cash after I send the car back and I wasn't trying to drag him through anything he was on here twice today after I sent to messages to him he choose to not reply to so yes I opened a claim ten minutes later he's responded calling me names and I'm the bad guy. How is that. And if selling a car that has been run on the street 95%of people here state that and show pics so seems to me that he knew no one would buy if he had posted or stated that fact.
