purchased items on 2/23 and never received item. Messaged them numerous times and after a bunch of messages they finally replied and said oh I forgot I sold them I’ll ship them today. That was a week ago and they only live 3 hours away. No tracking number just crap no responds and I see they are on this forum. Buyer beware

File a PayPal Claim NOW!!!
 

1. If you paid "friends & family" you're pretty much SOL.
2. If you paid as "goods & services", then file a PayPal claim, NOW!!:nod: Might even send the seller a PM with a link to your post......
3. If the seller requested payment as "friends & family", make sure you let a moderator know!! Doesn't excuse the fact if you sent payment that way, but they're not supposed to be asking for payment in that matter!!

I bought a Motor case around the same time and had no issue. With 55 feedback does not sound like the guy to rip you off.

I did pay friends and family and never had a issue before and this was 2nd time buying from him and yeah I definitely will be making a trip or two and u never know who I’ll run into too there seeing I know who they are from pics on the tracks website. I work hard for my money. I would hate to be the person who burnt someone knowing some random person walking in is the guy I burnt. It won’t be pretty but I’m am not shooting anyone just would love to say HI

just a tip, next time just pay the difference between what he is wanting and what the cost would be and still use the right method if you want to help him out with fees. You will:

- Be protected
- Help cover his fees (as that is basically what you are trying to do)
