So here is what I think I have learned from reading the past few dispute threads on how to scam people and get away with it.

1 - Scammer builds up a few trader rating points
2 - Convince a new member or trusting person to send you cash friends and family
3 - Never send the goods
4 - Buyer might open up a thread in the portion of the forum (buyer might provide negative feedback)
5 - Scammer ignores any PM's and the dispute thread and continues to use the forums!

Seems to work pretty good for cube625 and moyanator609.

No I think if people where to read the rules, a lot of this will never happen in the first place.

At least the guy who started this thread actually left negative feedback. That moyanator609 guy still has 100%rating.

Learned a lesson here today, pay the extra 10 bucks for PayPal protection when buying something. Even if itís 20 or 50 itís better then having negative thoughts going threw your mind all day about how your going to get your money back or get even! Neither of which is worth it when u donít no the person or what can happen. Either way you need to forget about it if thereís nothing civil you can do because itís not worth the trouble even if u feel burnt over money that can be replaced. If anything feel good you exposed this to your fellow racers, I learned something and Iím sure others will but it still wonít get you your money back. Right now u should take the safer high road and forget it, u can send messages and try to tell the guy itís not right but remember retaliation over some money will never be ok, think about who you are and the respect you have for yourself and donít do something to affect that. Be a good guy.

Product received I have no way of telling what people bought if it is sent as a gift. I would much rather ppl send payment for goods and put in description what they bought.
