from the above statement regarding entrance fee, it doesnt state that $5 penalty will be charge for payment made after 26/02/2011.

Final atu 2 kali run.
Your 1st leg run14 laps time 5:21.012
Your 2nd leg run 0 lap time pun 0
So based on 1 best run out of 2, your best result was 14laps time 5:12.012. result mu atu di compare kan lagi sama org lain yg dalam kumpulan mu atu (based on bisdurang punya best run/timing bisdurang). Bila di kumpulkan sapa paling banyak LAPS tah diatas. Kalau ada yg sama laps, maka TIMING akan di kira lagi, sapa timing nya randah will be diatas, kalau LAP sama TIMING pun exactly sama (which is unlikely but can be happening) maka FASTEST lap akan diambil kira, sapa laju Fastest lap nya ia tah diatas.
contoh:
From your group atu, Leg 1 Hazmi yg manang dengan 15Laps 5:14.117, Leg 2 Samboi manang dengan 15laps 5.11.984.
So HazmiKB and Samboi lap nya sama 15laps. Comparing time Samboi laju 3 saat. So Overall Samboi manang.
I hope my explanation atu bleh dipahami. Lau nda bleh tanya lagi lah...
