emailed replies to your emails for order #3802 on 11th October and the 12th October to banzaihobby and sales email address but havent heard anything back.
can you check they have arrived and if not i will resend them

still no reply from emails to their gmail account or through the online website contact form
looks like a paypal claim is going to be started.
Such a shame really, Banzaihobby you where highly recommended for drift parts and accessories.

still no reply from Banzaihobby - pretty crappy service actually
have filed paypal claim
such a shame, highly recommended site for drifting gera, wont be using them again
