Default Track for Camden

So I've since found out there is another 1/10 track and club started up in the southern highlands (about 45min from Camden). The land is approved for a track and they have held a couple of race days with a temporary track setup.
Although it would be great to have a track in Camden I don't know if it will have enough support to make it happen, considering there are 3 other 1/10 tracks in Sydney and now one in the southern highlands. I haven't given up hope just yet and will continue communicating with the council to see if it's a possibility.

I live in Camden, so that would be great ha ha.

Issue would be getting interest i think, it's considered pretty out of the way for a lot of racers unfortunately. I drive to Castle Hill as much as i can for practice, so turning that hour drive into 5 minutes occasionally would be pretty good.

I know a few hobby shops around that i am sure would be happy to help out with sponsoring some part of it.

Do you have an idea on location for the track?

I would love a track at Camden as I'm from Narellan.
I raced on road for a few years at Penrith but haven't raced since moving out here a few years ago.

I think you'd be better targeting EP10. There is a nitro club 30 minutes away in Liverpool (temporarily closed I know) so you'd only end up competing for members when they get up and running again. You could still run EP8 as well.

Great idea.
As AJ mentioned, 1/10 would be the best as there is no such tracks in the region. Liverpool is nearby already running 1/8 nitro/electric.
