Custom Shell Painter

Hello, does anyone know someone who does custom shell painting, I'm after a Australian flag themed shell.

Is it expensive to get done?

Any recommendations would be appreciated.... just moved to Tasmania so someone local would be preferred but not necessary.

Very, VERY rarely....No time. My own new car has been sitting unpainted for about 5 weeks so far...
