Are there any clubs in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunny Coast that race 1/5 offroad??

Yes,
QORLS (Queensland Offroad Large Scale) race at the Belmont Rifle Range.

They race 2wd Outlaw, EFRA 2wd, 4wd Outlaw & EFRA 4wd. Great bunch of blokes, check them out on Facebook.
