So how close do we get to park to the track and do we need to use a specific gate to get in or anything like that?

Entry to Oran Park is from Cobbity Rd, Narellan. There is a $10 gate entry.

We will be located behind the main straight pit garages at the eastern end. If you arrive early (approx before 7:30am) you should be able to drive up to the track and drop of your gear, but all entrants must park in the parking area which is a short walking distance away.

You can visit www.oranpark.com if you need more directions on how to get there.

If you think you want to get your hands on the trophy and one of these dunnies either be there on the night of the auction, or if you are coming to drive and can't make it to the auction go to the Auction Items Wanted thread and put in your bid and list it as dunny derby.

Will try & post a photo of last years dunnies.
are you taking bets 4 the dunny race

That was one of the most enjoyable race meetings i have ever raced at. I mean RC racing and hot lap round Oran Park........ it was Great and getting Third in Electric Open capped off a great day.

It was definately worth the drive down from canberra. Thank you to the PDNR guys for organising it and i will most definately be back next year.

Not to mention we raised a shade under $4000.00 for the charitys. Well done to all entrants & sponsors for making it happen. Special thanks to the guys that came up from Canberra & made the electric class possible, our first electric race . Also thanks to Chippy for coming up from King Island for the event, & bringing Cheese to Auction

Oh and I forgot to mention, unfortunately we were beaten in the RC vs Sports Seadan drag (1 - 0) a 2nd run was not possibly due to the pit wall getting in the way on the return...unlucky steve, but I know you will get them back next year...wonder what beast you will have by then?
