There is just an electric race, last year we had no electric entrants so we will sort the class acording to the number of entrants & motor types. I think with the number of stock racers out there compared to mod, stock will be the go anyway.

We can not rely on entries turning up with only days to go, there are things that need to be organised, trophies, race structure etc.

Even though this is a fun day, you drivers would still like to have the race day go smoothly and as fair as possible.

Intrest all but dried up when we noticed that there was only an 'open class'.

Based upon your comments if enough of us come from the one club we could standardize the class by our selves.

Were getting togeather this week so I'll get the entries organised and send them up.

OK cool. Don't get you hopes up as I need to find the other two. There was a fair bit of interest, now we get to see how many were serious.

NOTE: I have collected some entry forms, and all the relevent Entry fees. The ACTMCRC will provide a cheque to the organisers, I just need to know who to make it out to.

I am one of the guys coming down from canberra for this and i was just wandering if there will be any 240v power available for us to run our charges from.

if there is no Mains, we may have to take chargers with 12volt plugs plus a spare car battery or two

Hi just wanted to ask what sort of surface is this track on is it the same as Eactern Creek

Track surface is slightly less grippy than Eastern Creek, 37s will work fine. The surface is fairly smooth. We will have mains power to run the computer etc, we will try & accomodate the elecric guys as well so bring a lead. If you have your generator as well as a back up that would be good, as we are not sure of the size of the circut we are running off.
