Race schedule and heats have been attached. Sadly we have had to remove EP from the program due to a lack entries. All those who have paid for EP you will be contacted via email shortly to organise refunds.

Is it raining there yet? I'm on my way from pt Lincoln and it's very wet, forecast not looking great either. As long as it's still on at the moment I will continue, otherwise still good to turn back home?

lucky it not been heavy just constant drizzle.

To answer the all important question. The event is still on.

To update everyone with tomorrows plan of attack. Not a lot could be done today due to light on and off drizzle. With the forecast suggesting a more positive outlook on the horizon, we ask for as many SDMCC members as possible at the track from 8:00 am to help with track work. A drivers meeting will be held at 10:00 am where we will evaluate the track condition and make a decision on our next move.

For those who did not attend today's race or those whom left early, the 2015 Modelflight RC SA State Titles was officially CANCELLED this afternoon when heavy rain decimated the track and competitor's.

Ah man what a bummer with the weather. Was coming down tomorrow with my kid to see the racing. Last 3 months have been so dry, how typical it always turns to sh-t when yo have something on.

Even though the event was washed away, and I only managed to get in 8 or so laps in practice, it was very obvious that you guys had put a lot of effort into creating an awesome track, and even effort in trying to get it dried out so we could get out there and make the most of conditions. The effort behind the scenes for something like this must be tedious also. So thank you everyone involved.
So chin up and soldier on, and I will be spreading the word in Port Lincoln about your track, facilities and hospitality for the Neo+ meet and hopefully get a few more guys over for that.

Over the next few months well look at options to reschedule the event later this year when the weather is more kinda to us.
Maybe even send Mother Nature an email of event dates. ..
