Been wet in corro during the week, I expect the track will be
hell soggy, that's if there is anything left of it at all.

Hope it is ok to use, I'm hanging for a squirt on the dirt.

Default TRACK UPDATE

Not good..... went to track this morning to check things out before i was to go up tomorrow. And its all wet and soggy. Lots of water lying over the track and parkland's and water lying on the grass behind where the gazebo's go. Unfortunately lots of deep footprints in soft clay.... leave little foot-ponds, holding water.

It rained all day there on Thursday dumping around 15mm. Even though the forecast for the weekend is for no rain the track is not going to dry out in 1 day with temperatures of 15*.

No amount of sawdust will help this time...you can't even walk on the track without sliding.

I'm going to make it official now...rather than Saturday avo, as its not going to make much difference, as the the outcome will still be the same. RACING IS CANCELLED.... which is a bummer, I know...

thanks for the help with cleaning guys i think ill try the simple green after the weekend bash
on another note i'm trying to get some tyres for my 1/8 GV dominator XP that are bigger than the originals for when im bashing down at the local BMX track as the standard wheels are a little small. im guessing that i will need offset rims but dont know what size or type other the the 17mm hex size. can anyone point me in the right direction.
cheers

Default running on sunday

Hiya guys, just been for a look at the track here in Naracoorte and providing we don't get 10mm of rain today (certainly not forecast) we are going to have a bit of a practice tomorrow between about 10 and 4 if your interested. It will only be test and tune type practice with no actual racing but we intend to have the timing system running in practice mode just calling out names and lap times.
If your keen give me a holler on here, or of course just rock up!!!

Bruce.

So tempting but the 4hr trip from Lobethal is a little tiring by yourself. Did really enjoy the track at the SA titles.

Hmmm,
Michael.
