2014 Rule Changes
Anyone know if there are any major changes in line for 2014?
Mainly to allow time to get the necessary bits n pieces. I had heard of the possibility of Sportsman / 21.5 going to sportscar and GT bodies next year but that's it. |
On-road, off-road, EP, IP, 1/10, 1/8, 1/5?

On road, EP. Sorry, thought bearing in mind the queries referred to Sportsman 21.5 and sportscar bodies made that self-explanatory.

At a national level, for major events such as upcoming IMCC Cup etc. I remember hearing that there was a possibility of 21.5 changing body rules.

21.5 TC gets sanctioned. Stock changes from 17.5 boosted to 13.5 blinky Mini no longer sanctioned. For other events there is no cohesive changes that I am aware of. Especially true in NSW as the Challenge Cup is on sabbatical, and the person organising a replacement pulled out. |
The departure of Challenge Cup leaves a big hole in the calendar too. Are there any events on the horizon other than the various State Titles? I know IMCC Cup and Tamworth Cup will be there, but any others?

Castle hill will be holding a big event mid year, 2 days, 2wd/fwd on one day and 4wd on another or something like that.
Lots of different classes running including 12th scale and fwd etc, Track will be resurfaced again before the event for uber grip so even the 12th scale can run without any issues.. Trevor and Bob are still finalising everything so I am sure dates and classes will be announced soon. |
