I had 2 cans at lunch, Clayton I think had 1 and you didn't have any Tim, I would say that 2 beers improves your Rc driving performance, and 1 makes you worse... what would 10 do?

Great work getting so many cars out there.
Thanks Daniel, things are looking up for the class in QLD, it is happening slowly but surely, and next year 20+ cars will be easily achievable for a regular club meeting.

I wish i could claim the 4th position as mine, but, i had to take to the camera to film the last race of the day and handed my car to a young gun, Johnny La Spina, he literally did 1 practice lap and then lined up on the grid in 9th, to drive the 2nd fastest lap time of the race and put the car into 4th position over all.

Guess my old Serpent L is rather compeditive after all and I need to learn to drive it better And having a couple of classy drivers there in Tim and Clayton really showed the rest of us just where we are at with the class.

Looking forward to next year now and driving 12th a lot more both here locally and down south with you guys.

Cheers,

Rob.

Rule 2.3.44.52a.33.XXXX
The consumption of alcohol by patrons over the age of 50. (although he only looks 35) is allowed at the peak performance ratio according to Tim's chart. Any excess of this ratio is also allowed as long as no one is watching.

There! its a rule....No protest allowed.

SEQ 12th Scale Racing-dsc_0021.jpg

Kerry, after i startled the crap out of her, while she was working the computer. Without Kerry, there would be no race meeting as the rest of us are dumb monkeys who no nothing about AllyCats other than to kick them if they meow at us.

SEQ 12th Scale Racing-dsc_0025.jpg

Team McGrade, they are all dentists so i cannot show you their faces on TV, but what a nice bunch of people and an asset to any club. They cook great snag sanga's every lunchtime. And it is great to see mum cheering them on and offering great encouragement from the track. Makes my day to see people having so much fun.

Don't know who this guy is, but everytime the camera came out, he would jump in front of it for a photo

Default Set up for r5.2

Here is the set up I used 72/38 48 pitch hard front tires 5 degrees on front upper arms small spacer to the front on castor 1 mm spacer on dampener block so the dampener runs true in the car 4 mm spacer and an o ring on the rear of the dampener std oil silicone greese on side dampeners 2 mm down on the side springs diff fairly tight and hard rear tires should have tried medium but didnt have any.sweep traction compound and .savox servo 1250 perfect fit

Big thanks to trackside rc for the loan of the car for the last 3 race meeting car was awesome to drive yesterday

Thanks Snappa,
I'm going to give this a go on my Associated, your car certainly looked good and you set amongst the best times.
Sharing setup is important for the future of this class, especially which servo to use, I haven't got one to fit properly yet. I now the Savox you mentioned is a perfect fit.
