Good job Kek.

Does the club have a Facebook page? This worked well with AARCMCC 1/8th Off road to spread news quickly and build engagement. Maybe worth considering.

Cheers

Chris

Hey Jimmy,

The heart of the club is 1/8 off road gas racing and will always be as we are the only place in Sydney that caters to that, though we are interested in holding some 1/10 EP race meets next year.
Based on the outcome of those race meets, the committee shall judge the viability of running some more 1/10 EP race meets on a regular basis, around our Nitro schedule, and to offer a change a few times a year for 1/10 EP racers in the area.

We always welcome 1/8 EP at each and every race meet

We also encourage new comers that are interested in racing to check out our practice days. All our members are all more than happy and are always keen to help out newcomers to racing.

If you were to cater for 1/10 scale electric off road, you would be the only club south of the harbour bridge to do so.

@ jaidank123
Yes, the track layout is the same. A rebuild is on the new committee's list of things to do, but the club is in the process of arranging some upgrades to our facilities which are taking a priority over a track rebuild for the time being, but as I said, it's on the list.

@ Jimmy O
We understand that there are 1/10 EP racers in the area, which is why we've decided to trial some days and see how it goes.
If they go well, as I said, the club will look at introducing some regular 1/10 EP days around our 1/8 racing.

Just for some fun, we've changed the layout for the race on the 15th.

For those racing, there will be a practice session on Saturday from 10am-3pm.

To get on the track to practice, you must pay your fee to race on Sunday.

Hey guys this next weekend and this race meet is on.
What do we have you ask ?
Firstly, a new dedicated committee in making sure we have a great race meet.
Secondly, a new designed track with grip!!
Thirdly, we have trophies for Nitro Buggy, Nitro Truggy & EP8!!
Fourthly HEI International, Ryper Hobbies & ACE Distribution have kindly donated some prizes for us.
Last but by no means least, Some great interest from a lot of drivers which should make this a great race meet to end the year on.
