Default Scope Soldering Irons - where can i find them?

Hi,
i am in the market for a new soldering iron.
Can anyone tell me where i can find Scope Soldering irons (the orange ones with the black thingy you push to heat it up 240V version)?
Even better - anyone know where i could find one in melbourne?

Thanks

Default Scope Soldering Irons Avalibility

Manufactred by Warren and Brown should be available through all Repco stores and Repco Equipment Services. Fastolfart works for Repco Equip.
Warren & Brown was part of the Repco organisation and possibly still is.

Yes. Put a Deans plug connection between the transformer and the iron. Make up a three cell pack from old racing cells and you will be set.

if you are just after a normal iron to solder motor battery connections etc. i would recommend above 50 watts, but if you plan on building batteries, which you will probably end up doing one day, then about an 80 watt iron would be preferred
