waht you think  i guess this is the PRO based on Surikarns feedback :flaming:

FlyinGT 02-18-2005 12:47 PM

Everything looks like the 415 these days ..:D :D

looks interesting ... the layouts looks abit different

it looks to run a bigger spur ... an has allum bulheads ...about time ... i hated the pro4's carbon gearbox ..!!

could this b the new pro5 ??

murfy 02-18-2005 03:45 PM

wow! nice. there was talk of a new hpi but for pic to be realeased this soon. amamzing.

i still like the pro 4. but i guess we'll see how this new one goes.

merc-blue 02-18-2005 04:07 PM

thats SICK.. if hpi slap there name on it and slap a 350-400US dollar price tag on it im gonna have to get one..
its not THAT similar to the 415.. the xray is much more similar

also the reason they all use this style of design is cause its fast.. would u rather have teh same design as every one else and be fast or force every one to be differnt..

also tech racing bassicaly designed and built the 415 for tamiya..

hapiya 02-18-2005 04:59 PM

yikes!!!

woah .. wat's with the sudden rush to bring out new cars!!?!?!? next thing we'll see the rumoured TRF 416 ..:weird:

i dunno about this HPI car .. looks like a corally mixed with TRF ... the belt stabiliser and the way it's layed out ... hmm.. give me a few more days to accept it ..

any word on it's name and release as yet??

SchuMi2 02-18-2005 05:08 PM

check this thread...they might know...

StasI 02-18-2005 05:49 PM

everything is a copy of the TRF 415 !!

What happened to the good old Shaft cars ??

sherman89 02-18-2005 07:24 PM

for mod i think belt is good because on the pro4 the bevel gears like to shred themselves ALOT i dont have one but have seen it numerous times so maybe thats why and mod seems to be getting very popular (had 2 mod classes last night....i love them):D

flysti 02-18-2005 07:49 PM

this is said to be a hotbodies tc not a hpi. sad thing is they both use purple:( but i think that's hara's doing more than anything else.
i would also say that this car is designed by murai & surikarn.
looks the goods though, might not work on foam with that top deck.

FlyinGT 02-18-2005 10:37 PM

layout looks all the same ... but
i do like the way they have put the spure in the centre of the car ... it looks to b better balanced than the 415

car could b narrower too ...

it's interesting .. then muira(??spelling) an surikarn design
might work out better
now wat would the TRF 416 b like .... after everything seems to imitate it ..??

i want one .... lol

Jack2 02-19-2005 12:32 AM

well i'll be stuffed. looks cool.

Pro4 02-19-2005 02:52 AM

Rod M 02-19-2005 06:52 AM

Hotbodies is HPI. They're both owned by the same guy!
