Unfortunately the track is not drying quick enough...
And some section are just mud, and the kid with footy boots can a test to that as he left foot prints in every muddy section to see how deep they where.
No track open for tomorrow. Hoping to get it open for a timed practice next Saturday like last time.

Don't forget everyone, the Mildura Ribbon Cutting event is this weekend. Still time to enter.
Time your laps at a race meeting rather than in practice
The weather is predicted Sunny and 16c both days, you wont even need a temp gun for your 17.5.
A good number of ARCR members have entered, it would be great to see a few more of the usual suspects.
We have a spare seat in our car for anyone wishing to race and to save $$$ getting there or if you need assistance with transporting gear. PM me.

Track will be open from 9.00am - 3.00pm

TRACK UPDATE
Unfortunately there will be NO PRACTICE tomorrow as yesterdays late afternoon rain has now made the track impossible to use with 50% the track to soft to walk on and it wont dry out in 1 day. Hopefully the track will dry out for next meet.

We had a great time at Mildura for their Ribbon Cutting Open track event over the Queen's Birthday Long Weekend. At the end of the day on Sunday the track was blue grooved with a distinct dark racing line.
Steve Cowan managed 3rd in Stock 2wd against some top drivers in that class and 4th in Truck against the biggest entry list of all the classes. Well done Steve.
There were some great results against some of the best drivers in Australia. It reminded me that our Junior racers are important to the continuation of our sport here in SA. Jess May and Joshua Button drove really well in the junior classes.
Looking forward to our next race meet and looking forward to it all again in August for the Mallee Madness.
