it's just people abusing their powers.
but at the same time your reaction was probably not totally called for. you should of used a bit of common sense and realised that distributors sometimes run out of stock.

i know it might peeve you of when you really want something and can't get it, and had someone said that you could... but you have to keep in min that between you and the ditributor recieving your request might be 3 people. these guys are distributing all around australia. in 10 minutes they could seel 10, or just 1 of a certain type of product.

but again, they shouldn't of banned you that's stupid.

What i did was highlight a clear break down in comuntication and this is the only way i could convey that to people in general and possibly those whom may be able to address it.
I truely want these importers to stay and compete with internet stores but they do need to lift their game. I do however understand that mistakes and stock selling may have contributed.
