Not scared off, I used to love the GC challenge in offroad many eons ago, but would have to change esc and motor (which I do not have). But I will be down there in one class or another.....(I hear the F1 brigade might be in town)

Im planning on coming on saturday to support the HOLDEN team to yet another victory, but I just realised, I don't think I have ever actually raced this event, I have a HOLDEN shirt, I have been to the past 2 events, so have obviously planned to race, but for some reason never actually raced. Maybe thats why HOLDEN has been winning.

See you all on saturday

Cheers
Aaron

don't forget... corey is the current 540 master of queensland!

i'd give it a run for some fun, but it's just not practical as none of my gear is compatible with brushed 540. stock would be easier, but even then i'd be chasing a motor and some gears.

Anthony,
JP used his brushless speedie and ran 540, I was under the understanding that a brushless speedie could still run brushed,
go on run it just for the fun, It X-Mas and it's all about showing the less experinced guys that you top drivers are real people out to have fun and not just a machine..... I have a Holden shirt your size......

Unfortunately, the new range of b/l esc are b/l only now. (KO, SP and LRP) A suggestion for next year (maybe), change the motor to a b/l variety (something ppl have heaps of)? Just a thought?

Only Holden drivers twist their motors Brad or they just wont go. Friendly banter time.

Whats the difference between an elephant and a holden?
One's big, slow and damn ugly, the other is an elephant!

"Buy a Holden and you buy the "best". Drive a mile and walk the rest. "

What's the difference between a golf ball and and a Holden?
You can drive a golf ball further.

What's the difference between a Holden and a wife after 10 years?
The Holden still sucks

well the concept was introduced 3yrs ago and the idea was for everyone on the last race day before we break up for XMas that we would all run 540,

To add some spice we made it the oldest battle in Australian racing Holden v's Ford, and good friends that you would normally help out would be against you on the night to add bit off fun,

It really makes for a great night, and I for one really enjoy the fact Holden has won every round so far..........

so bring on Saturday Night
