Default Thanks from the Prez

Hi Guys and Girls out there.

I would like to say a big thanks to the rest of the committee and some eager helpers, for their efforts over the last couple of weeks. There has been many hours put in and I for one appreciate this emensely.

We have a great looking track to race on for this weekend and I for one can't wait.

There is certainly something for everyone in the layout. I have given my gas car a run around it and had a ball.

I look forward to seeing you all there on Wednesday evening for practice on the new layout or racing on Saturday night.

Tyson

Rex,
Why do you bother posting in this thread??? It's obvious you have issues with some people? So why don't you just leave them to run the club, as it doesn't appear like you will even race there?? If it doesn't go well, then so be it. If it does, then it will be another good track to run at.

You obviously don't give a rats about what people think of you, but you're not really doing the hobby any favours, as it will just put people off that may be thinking about racing that haven't before?

If you were reading all this [email protected]$p on rctech, having just started in the hobby, would you want to come out and race with these people??

So just why don't you leave it alone?

Default PRACTICE

Hi guys,

THERE WILL BE A PRACTICE NIGHT ON WEDNESDAY 16/02/05 FROM 6:00pm. We will be testing the computer and transponder systems to make sure all is in readiness for Saturday night.

There is no cost for the practice night, please come down and try the new track design, and let us test the computer, transponders, etc.

Yes the pictures are not a full shot, as the camera i had wouldn't alow me to take a shot of the whole track.

Regards B1

just to save someone's car an injury - c medium inserts didnt work at all, car was flat out driving in a straight line even once the tyres warmed up.

keeping the same tyre compound (36r) i went to a set with b med inserts and the car was 1 with lots of zeros after it times better.

so i'd suggest starting with a fuller insert and go from there.
