Hi Local Racers and Guests.
The weather will be fine, so the recoat of the Onroad Track with Liquid Resurfacer, will be going ahead tomorrow morning. The black goop will be there at 8am, so come give us a hand please. Many hands will make light work.
See you all at 8am.
Thanks
Todd

I would personally like to thank everyone who turned up yesterday to help apply the Liquid Resurfacer to the Onroad track. As you all can see its not a very easy job applying 500 plus litres of the Black Goop over 6 hours. I'm sure we are all suffering from muscle soreness.

It was absolutely awesome that everyone associated with the TRCCC, whether a member or not, turned up to help in one way or another. Well done to you all.
We now should have an awesome grippy track to race on from all your great effort.

We will give the scheduled meeting for next Sunday a miss and Race Onroad the following Sunday 15-2-15. Hope you can make it.
Can't wait to have a run with some grip.
Thanks Again.
Todd

Should be good.

So have you gone to Bathurst for the 12 Hour ? Tyler and I will be there for the 12 Hour. Is your mobile number the same as last years Tam Cup entry form ? If so I'll give you a call and come have a chat somewhere.
Cheers

Is this track open to the public or is it locked, looking more offroad than onroad. Looking for a track due to moving but still a 2 hour drive to Tamworth.

Hi Local Racers.
At last weekends offroad race day ,we discussed with present members about changing our race days back to 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month as it used to be for many years. Now with offroad getting more popular and onroad going ok still. Present members on the day agreed to run race days as follows,
1st Sundays Onroad
3rd Sundays Offroad
5th Sunday of a month, We could possible run another offroad race day if all agree and are keen.
This will start in June.

If we have a rained out race day, then we could possible run it the next weekend following. If enough interest is shown.
Also this weekends onroad race meet will be postponed a week, due to Mothers Day.
Next onroad racing will be 17-5-15.
Hope this is not too confusing.
Regards
Todd

Hi all, just for your info at what is happening at Tamworth Radio Control Car Club.
TRCCC,recently held its AGM and there is now a new committee for 2016. As follows.
Nathan Brooks, President
Carly Callcott, Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President
Publicity Officer will be shared.
John Robertson (former president) is staying around too over see and help with the race computer for a while. And also to Race.
Race Days for 2016 will be. 2nd Sunday of the month is Onroad ,and 4th Sunday is Offroad.
Nathan are Carly very keen to keep the Tamworth Cup/NSW-QLD Interstate Challenge tradition going. So please keep your eyes out for info on this great race meet shortly. On RCTECH or at Tamworth Radio Control Car Club on FACEBOOK.
On a personal note. After 11 years at the TRCCC playing and racing little cars, I am retiring from RC. Plain and simple, I have just lost interest. So i'm stepping away so younger and enthusiastic members can grow the club to bigger and better things.
I would personally like to thank JR for all his help and being beside me with all our projects at TRCCC. Thank You JR.
Also a big Thank You to all our Northern and Southern racers that have supported our race meets over the years. Cheers guys.
Enjoy your Racing

I'm sure you are that same person at Logan. Only with a beard

I had lots of help from JR and my family and sponsors to make it all work out ok.
Thanks for your exceptional support of the Tam Cup NSW/ QLD Challenge over the years.

The new committee are extremely keen to run it this year. Hope you make it down again.
If I'm up your way, I'll come say gday.

Todd, thanks heaps for your efforts in organising the couple of NSW vs QLD events I was able to attend. Had a great time. Sorry to hear you're getting out of it but enjoy your time away all the same.
