Hi local racers.

Our last race day of 2012, is this coming sunday 16-12-12.

For a bit of fun we will have a 21.5, 1 hour enduro. Followed with a BBQ lunch and if its not too hot, we could do it all again if you want. These enduro's are a hole lot of fun.

Your only requirement is that you will need 4 batteries. If you don't have enough, don't worry i'm sure i can help out with some more.

We will discuss the rules at the drivers meeting, so please be track side and ready to go for a practice by 10am.

Normal race day fee applies and BBQ lunch will supplied.

Hi all.

Well we had an awsome day at the track, even thought it was 37 degress and track temp was between 60-70 degress. The good thing was all 6 cars that started, finished. I did here one motor was up around 90 deg.

The racing itself was extremely good and all had a hole lot of fun.
Apparently it was very close racing with the 2 front runners after there last battery change.( I would have liked to watch that, but i was racing myself).
Well done Team Robbo Racing and Tyler (Batman)
The next couple of drivers Justin C (Skaify) and Dan (A Team) were just a few laps back and also were having there own battle, until Dan lent a hand to Michael to get him off the barrier and triggered a shorter lap on the loop.

Then there was Todd and Michael. I was going ok for a while and then went turtle and that upset the steering in my old T1FK04. Tried to fix it on the run and run off and got stuck again. Dam. And Michael did do a whole heap of laps and his transponder had issues and didn't register. Double Dam. Sorry Michael.

Hows the offroad track/numbers going todd?

The offroad track is not updated yet. However it is our next thing to do at the complex. Particualy the borders, need to be replaced with ag pipe. So very soon on this.

As for numbers only about five at the moment. The cities new Hobby Shop will open soon (its has been delayed) and cross our fingers, we will get some new racers. We have spoken with the Hobby Shop owner numerous times and we will push the club when the shop opens.

We do have some interested people who have purchased onroad cars and are very keen on offroad as well. So at the moment its just a time thing.

Hi Big Reg, yes we are still racing. Onroad 1st and 3rd sundays of each month.

Classes raced are 21.5, stock and mod.

Are you coming up this way?

Please don't knock Daniel. He is a great supporter of our small RC club. He goes out of his way to promote and direct us RC racers in the right direction with this sport. His knowledge is invaluable. Some people may not like it but thats up to them.

He was just replying on behalf of the TRCCC in case we didn't see your post. Which is ok as not much has gone up on this thread through 2013. I do have this thread set up so i receive an email to let me know if someone has posted.

I hope all goes good with your business opertunity. And then you can come racing with us. The more the better.

As for our club, it has been running at our current location since 1998 and has never stopped. There has been some big events held at Tamworth in the past, Winter Champs in 2004 (which got me hooked from just watching it) and a couple of state titles. We also run our Tamworth Cup/NSW-QLD Challenge each year and this year we also incorporated the 12th scale Tour which was a great bonus to our event.

As Daniel stated, 3 of us will be at the Stock Shootout next weekend. If your there, come have a chat.

I don't like him! He is know all, he may do good things for your club and that's great.

You'll be lucky if you race at SMA on Saturday, they canned racing tonight, after the weather cleared.

They're call, I wouldve thought that at least open the track for practice for the shootout on Saturday.
