Hey Mark/Roy,

Will the results be up soon? While last weeks meet is still fresh, I'd like to have a bit of a look.

Cheers

Default Enduro

Hi Mark,
I am looking at entering a team for the Enduro from Castle Hill and was just wondering if the Reedy motor you are using is a particular model and also any suggestions as to where I could one locally to start testing.

Regards

Bob

As soon as Mark emails them to me, I can put them up on the site.

Sorry about the delay.

Thumbs up

The day went off without a hitch.
Some close racing was seen in most classes.
I think I can safely say that all drivers enjoyed the day.
Had a ball driving Steves rc go-kart after the meeting, I can't wait till I pick mine up.They are compatable in speed to the mini's around Kambah and look good doing it.

Had a great time yesterday.
I think I won Mod (I've not actually checked the results :-)) Great race with Paul in Final 1. Had a great defensive race against Paul in the first Final, in the second final the first minute ChrisH, Mil, Paul and myself were going toe to toe for 2nd as Rob Nunn headed on into the distance. Eventually I was able to break away from Mil and Paul and start closing the gap on Rob but he did enough to take the win.

All up lots of fun.

Big thanks to All the Mini guys for letting us 12th scale drivers run with them.

See you all next time.

Last Tuesday's indoor results are now up on the website.

Sunday's Kambah results will be later in the week.

Had a great day on Sunday .... winning a couple of races was a first for me .... so that was good.

But yeah even thou the numbers were down it was great having the 15min breaks and everything went well. After my wiring burnt out on my spare nitro it was kinda good to sit back and watch the nitro races .... some very close racing made for a great spectacle!

Numbers were down, i remember some weekends when you couldnt get a park! Hopefully some of the regulars will be back soon.

Great to see Bob. The motor is a Ass0940. Monaro Models should have stock.

Keep in mind that you will be issued with a motor on the day.

Default Enduro Penalties

Hi Guys,

the question has been asked "What happens if I need new tyres or a motor at the Enduro?".

Basically we will issue penalties with a view to keep things fair. For example, Team A wins and Team B finishes 2nd a couple of Laps behind. Team A had a motor change while Team B ran the entire race on one motor. We would adjust the results for Team B to take the win.

Team C takes a motor change with no increase in performance.... That time they lost will probably serve as an appropriate penalty.

The focus for this event is on fun and the challenge of surviving Kambah for 6 hours

Also, if your Team has a Novice driver from the ACTMCRC you will recive a $10 reduction on your Entry fee.

mark i dont see the need for penalties for a motor change as that will take atleast 5 min for a change which is more than enough for a penalty.as for tires that is a diff story

That my friend is why we are not putting any thing down. we'll work out what suites on the day. I tend to agree, if you have to stop to change motors that will be quite a penalty, but we will have to see.

BTW, you mentioned somthing was up with your points? PM me the details and I'll see if we can fix them up.

Mark
