I hope every one enjoyed the piece of concrete that has been layed at the back of the drivers stand. Also the driver stand has been fixed since last Friday, there is more work to come to make the drivers stand more permanent just finding time is the problem at this piont, but it will be done before TCS this year. We are hoping to have a special meeting in the next couple of months to celebrate Castle Hill tenth Birthday, more information to follow. Also we will be looking at the surface that is being layed for the winter champs to see if it can be used at Castle Hill with out causing a problem for the other uses of the area.
More exciting news to follow.
Also we will have the propal for AARCMCC - on ruber tyres for major event will be on display at the track next meeting for all RC/CORE members to comment on for our vote.

It will probably be a weekend because what I'm thinking to do is to try out the track for tcs, so will need a day to setup.

Trev,
I know this is way too early to be posting this, but on the subject of enduro's I was wondering that will batteries such as the IB3600 and the GP3700 and IB3800 (when they are legal...most likely for the Christmas Cup) be legal to race. I ask because I am concerned about the GP3300 being "phased out" in favour of the new cells (not in the immediate future, but certainly before the end of the year).
If this is the case, the event will become more of a 4 hour sprint race instead of an endurance race!
I may be worrying too much here but if it could be clarified that would be great.
Thanks
Adam

I'm not moving to get the higher capacities legal (I don't care whether they do or don't)
