yes your lap is counted when you pit. The transponder bridge is across the straight and pit lane.

Hope to see you there...particularly an EP team, should be great!

Default Congrats

Well done to all drivers, pit crew & marshalls.

What a night it had fun, rain and was still very competitive.

Congrats to Phil, Joe, Matt, Jono & David of the RB Auswide Team, who out classed the field.

2nd & 3rd was only split by 1 lap.

And only 2 cars did not finish.

Excellent night and it was a pleasure to call the race.

Results will be posted on our web page in the next couple of days.

WOW. This sounds like an awesome event. Pity I'm on the otherside of the country or I would be entering now.

Default Team Racing

Come on guys get your teams together, how often do you get to race as a team, and run a car for more than 30min non stop, this will test not only your drivers but your pit crew and the mechanics.

Just a friendly reminder to get your entries in for the upcoming 2.4 Hour Le Mans. There is less than 1 month now before entries close...unless we reach the maximum 20 teams before then.

I hope to post the entrant list up this week, so far we have 5 or 6 teams, many returning competitors such as Team SL & CS Promotions who have raced at every Le Mans event.

All information and entry forms available at www.pdnracing.org.au

Just a quick question, have read thru the rules for this event and am wondering is it open motors for EP cars? Could not see anything specific about motors for this class.

Motors are open for both GP & EP. The only specific EP rules are Max battery capacity 3600, 6 cells, and EP cars are not required to do a receiver battery change.

We have never had an EP contest the event so it would be excellent to see one out there! Hope you can make it!

Thanks for the reply, any reason for the limit on battery capacity? I only ask cos I recently updated my battery stocks which are now primarily IB3800's and GP3700's. If 3600 is the max then so be it, may have to hunt up some 3600's from somewhere!
