It was filmed... but just for jump starts... don't know if they kept the footage.

I think Cristian deserves to keep have the cup of shame / fail for a little longer. Keefy had the best starts eva.... Cristian with the worst finishes eva.

We gave Cristian the Cup Of Fail after that but he then went and won the last final..negated the fail.

I think the Cup Of Fail was fairly well shared on Sunday

I'm in. I'm testing the 21.5 Green Goblin (Gens Ace), but what else? Stock? F1? Mini? Cup Of Fail?

Hey Guys,

I'm going to come to SMA tonight for a bit of a run. Be gentle - will be my first SMA meet.

I can run 21.5 if someone would be kind enough to lend me a motor. I can strap it into the CC 540 car from the weekend.

Roger

Not a good weekend for the 21.5 timed guys.. I think we desire the trophy of shame.. not one in the A final.. Had a terrible go of it myself.. had the littlest touch of a kart tire pole thing down the straight when the sun was out.. have never broken so many little things on my car.. thought I had it all repaired.. came home and nearly every suspension pin on the right hand side is bent.. no happy. Also cracked my upper deck.. didn't even know.. not a happy camper.. should have taken the old car I think..

Glad to know you're looking after me

Car's all wired up and it runs in the right direction, but my suspension setup seems to have gone on holidays. Hopefully get it sorted tonight on familiar ground.

Roger, I can lend you a Tekin 21.5 if no-one else jumps in beforehand. What ESC are you running?

Phil.

Hi Phil,

I'm running the Viper VTX10R. The same one that Fish is testing with the GenAce for State Titles. Theres a few drive frequency settings I want to play with to see what can be tuned in blinky mode. Also going to try and see what the difference between a front one way and spool will be. I ran one way at CC on the weekend and found that it was not too much of a penalty on the hairpins and was great on the sweeper and chicane.

I thought drive frequency only worked for brushed motors. Oh well, I live and learn

According to Viper:

Lower drive frequency .... more punchy , lower RPM and less heat

Higher drive frequency .... smoother , higher RPM and more heat

Who knows
