Sounds sweet! I can go racing sat and sun! Better get my act together and rebuild the weapon.... I might even have to put a heatsink or fan or something on the motor too....

On another thought... Due to work I won't be at the track to early, prolly around 12-1ish.... If you guys want to grab my blower to hammer the track with and are in the parra area either friday arvo or sat morning send me a pm with your ph number and I'll give you the address where to pick it up when you have a chance...

Anyway see you guys tomorrow...

Default cc online form

Guys with the Challenge Cup entry forms.. are we just sending our forms in individually? or are we going to send them in as a club?

I'm not sure which class to run. Does everyone else know what they are running?

The entries go in individually, but make sure you nominate SMA as the club.

I've put my hand up for 540 - gonna give the TA05 another outing

You can do it online, go to the castle hill website and click on challenge cup.

Yeah I'm almost certain I'm running mod, since we only have 2 we could do with some company.

We need more 540 & 21.5 drivers than any other class.

Correct, you enter online and nominate SMA as your club. SMA then send our membership list to the organisers so if you are planning on running please make sure you have completed and paid for your 2010 membership!

Go with class you want run. No need to go faster class, we have at least 2 drivers in each class that I know.

Default Sat and Sun

Hi all,
Won't be making Saturday - family duties are shouting at me, and Sunday will be out for running, though hopefully I'll be down to pay membership.

Due to an unfortunate turn of events, the first half of this year will probably be out for me. Family, in this case, comes first and my sisters are already crapping on me from a great height, so one must remove my digits and put in a lot of hours in Epping with the oldies.....

Hopefully see most of you on Sunday, for a quick catch up.

Good luck to all Saturday, I was hoping to take out the "best aerial award" as that was probably going to be my best shot......

Ants

Great day of racing today, thanks everyone. By the way, how long is our back straight?

Default Results for 2010.03.10

I think these will probably get put up on the SMA web site for the long term, but in the meantime, here's today's results.

Slightly smaller crowd after the Stock Shootout yesterday, but some good racing, nonetheless. Good to see the novice field doing well, as well as the second run of the F109 in the smaller F1 contingent. I'd have to say that on days like today, the F104 foams rock

Pointy end of Mini was quite tight with Marek taking TQ with some consistency well rewarded, but Deniz managed to tame the horses and take the final.

The bar continues to get raised in 21.5 with TQ now up over a lap on two weeks ago and someone posting a 19.010. The cars, drivers and electronics are slowly getting sorted and good to see the Castle Hill crew stretching the locals higher.

Finally, some very quick qualifying times in stock, but carnage on a grand scale before the first lap was out meant a few top names were hampered significantly.

Thanks to all race controllers!
