Hey guys, Ive recently bought a Onroad TC and Ive been thinking i wouldnt mind giving onroad racing go..

Ive been looking on the WCMRC website and i cant seem to find any rules for novice in regard to motors etc..

Could someone point me in the right direction on how to get setup for the Novice class?

Ideally im thinking id like to end up giving VTA a go if my skill level permits..

Cheers Clint..

do you already have equipment ? like speedy and motors ? if you do then just bring it down, we can slot you in some where, its no problem. if you dont have a speedy yet or motor, then maybe come down one day, either tommorow afternoon, or 4th Nov, and one of the Committee can steer you in the right direction.

i should have a 17.5 if you like. was handed to me earlier in the year for stock, it actually set the race record time. not been used since. if it helps you get going any earlier. it is a speedpassion V3 17.5.

Practice was evaporated with the brief but reasonably heavy rain and thunderstorm.

I got enough time to christen the new body and discover that the car is very difficult to drive without the rear wing piece installed

Clean car, glue tires and adjust setup...bring on sunday! Hopefully the rain holds off

I've always found my handling issues were the driver more than anything else

In the t4 ... Crap under steers a bit and it killed my front tyres. I will be going for a gear diff before next season.

Thank you to everyone who came down and helped out with the busy bee. The place has had a good haircut and a couple guys who came down later in the morning were surprised we had finished already.
Hopefully we will have the full complement of mowers before next busy bee and we can be even quicker.
Thank you all for rocking up.
