Airtronics
Hi,
Just a quick question buying a 2.4 AIRTRONINCS radio from America will it work in Australia i think it will but just want to make sure. |
Yes.

Is it actually legal though. They don't have the C tick... or do people still buy them anyway. It is tempting when some radios are half the price.

the only issue is running 75mhz thats illegal as emergency services use that frequency, 2.4ghz is all good
|
i bought my m11x from the states, and i love it.
only thing is the battery charger it comes with is rated for 110 volts. |
My first radio was an M11 and I got it from the States. As said previously, the 75Mhz range is not allowed to be used but 2.4 is fine. Airtronics is rebadged here in Australia as Sanwa.
