I have just spent 30 minutes on the phone to Intellect in Hong Kong.
For those that have had a problem with lipos bought from me, if you happen to still have the lipo can you email me the batch number from the label on the underside of the lipo.
Intellect believes there were a few batch numbers that were sensitive to temperature. I am negotiating with them at the moment to sort this issue out favourably for the racer.

) has a number as per attached pics. The boxes dont have numbers either. My unpuffed 45c saddles have numbers on the sticker

The simple solution is to buy a quality battery like Thunder power. i used 8 month old packs at the Nats and had no problems with pace or fade... Most of the front runners in stock were using Fantom Thunder powers or SMC so read into that what you want
